Yes. No account, no subscription, no ads.
What cities does it cover?
Los Angeles only, for now. It's a pretty LA-centric app by nature — other cities may come later if there's demand.
How do I buy tickets?
Tap a showing to open its details, then use the ticket stub on the right. It links straight to the venue's own ticketing page, or tells you plainly when a house is cash-at-the-door only.
How does tracking a film work?
Star a film from its detail page. Sticky Floors checks every tracked venue's schedule and surfaces the next time it's playing — even before a venue has posted it yet, once it does. Your tracked list syncs across your own devices via iCloud; we never see it.
A showtime or film detail looks wrong — how do I report it?
Schedule data comes from each venue's own listings via zeitgeists.org, and film details from TMDB. If something looks off, email us below and we'll track it down.
Why isn't a venue I like in the app?
Sticky Floors tracks a curated list of LA indie and repertory venues rather than every listing that exists. If there's a house you think belongs, email us — we're always adding.
